Shinya Mohri is a Japanese photographer based in Paris, working freely across portraiture, landscape and fashion. His work favours sincerity over perfection, finding beauty in unguarded gestures, tactile details and fleeting atmospheres.
He photographs artists, designers and actors in the intimacy of their creative spaces, while pursuing a personal interest in the outdoors and high mountains. Having studied fashion design at Bunka University in Tokyo and previously worked in public relations, he has documented backstage at Paris and Tokyo Fashion Weeks since 2024.
Selected clients include L’Oréal, Dr.Ci:Labo, rokh, Lifill and Mixte Magazine.
